Amy Sadacca

Born and raised in Maryland, my real estate career began in 1988 working in Property Management in Columbia, MD. I joined a Maryland home builder and developer in 1989, and sold New Home Construction for 13 years. In 2001 I entered the real estate resale market specializing in residential real estate sales, new construction and luxury homes. 95% of my business is from past clients and their referrals. I treat every client like my own family and have a continued relationship far past settlement. I am always reachable and help clients with all aspects of their home purchase and sale. I'm also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and provide staging services to help sellers get their homes ready for sale. My goal is to look out for the best interest of my clients and help them make good solid decisions with the information I share from my 30+ years of experience in the business.
